My journey in the Real Estate world started at the tender age of 10, when I helped my parents translate & understand the purchase agreement to their first home. I had watched them work day and night for as long as I could remember up until that point. My parents drove a 1986 Chevrolet Celebrity, it was anything but a Celebrity, worth all of $300.00 and left us stranded on a good day. So sometimes I’d have to help my dad steer the car off the road while he pushed when it quit on us. When other kids at school got pizza for lunch on pizza days, and lunchables every other day, I had my trusty Alphabet Soup and no name apple juice, we were saving up for our first house.

After that milestone, and a good bit of a decade later worth of savings from working part time during the school year and 2 jobs every summer, Sunny got some money. I started to invest in Real Estate, saw a lot of ups & fair share of downs, but kept going and refining the process. The one thing along the way I kept running into was poor advice, and bad service. Since I was no stranger to sales, I heard my calling.

Having been exposed to Real Estate from a very young age, to buying and selling properties for myself and my clients for the last decade. I fully understand the blood sweat and tears that it can take to buying your very first home, to transitioning into a larger one for your growing family, all the way to selling the one you’ve spent decades building memories in.
